These are good questions. The answer is "you can't". They would be very
valuable features. You should ask them on the Word newsgroup -
microsoft.public.mac.office.word - where they will be noticed by staff from
Microsoft MacBU who work on Word. Data Merge Manager is primarily a Word
feature.

To learn how to access Mac Office newsgroups via Entourage or Safari. go to
the MacTopia website / Community / Newsgroups. Or check the Microsoft New
Server in your Entourage folder list.
