Entourage 2004 does not come with an Insert menu, although you should find an Insert menu _item_ in the Message menu when you have a new message window in the front. (Only message windows can accept Insert items from the submenu items. There's no "URL" item any longer as there was in Entourage X, since Internet Explorer is defunct now. All the other items - Picture, Background Picture, Sound, Move - are still there.) The Insert button likewise is still in the toolbar for new message windows. (If you don't see a toolbar, check your General preferences.) If the window is too narrow, the text label for the button may be absent. Stretch the window wider so you can see the text and recognize the green button it accompanies. The button itself will always be there. -- Paul Berkowitz MVP MacOffice Entourage FAQ Page: <http://www.entourage.mvps.org/faq/index.html> AppleScripts for Entourage: <http://macscripter.net/scriptbuilders/> PLEASE always state which version of Microsoft Office you are using - 2004, X or 2001.
