Several of my users have this problem. I have found that turning LiveSync off reduces but does not eliminate its occurrence. The weird thing is the message does actually get deleted (actually moved to the deleted items folder) on the server. If the user logs into their account via our webmail the message has been moved but is still in the Inbox in Entourage.
