Has anyone else had this > issue? > I don't know whether this is the same, but periodically Entourage 11.2.1 (on OS 10.3.9 on G5) will go deaf to key commands, even though menu commands continue to work. I don't remember whether the scroll bars are greyed out when this happens. Restarting Entourage fixes it.
