In Entourage X, I recently noticed an autocomplete entry I had not noticed before. I can't get rid of it. It's not in my address book.
I know Entourage keeps a list of the last 200 addresses (sent? received?). The FAQs say all you have to do to delete that entry is either add the address to your address book and then delete the entry, or use a junk rule to delete it from the autocomplete function. Neither technique works. I've tried restarting, Entourage database rebuilds; nothing works. Anybody have any ideas?
