What settings have you got in
Edit Account->Advanced->Search Base ?
For example if your exchange server is “exchangeserver.somecompany.com” then try putting
DC=somecompany,DC=com
In the “Search Base” field.

Good Monday morning to you all - -
I am having trouble getting one of my clients to see the Global Address List for our Exchange 2003 enterprise. She gets only recent addresses or her own Contacts when starting to type a recipient. This is ever since setting her up.
Environment: Entourage 11.2.3, Exch 2003, MS Active Directory, Mac OS 10.3.9
Her Apple Address Book pulls from the enterprise's Directory Services just fine.
I set up Entourage in my own login account on her computer and it works OK. Other folks with identical machines, OS, etc. are OK as well. In fact, I never seem to have to alter what Auto Setup writes, except for editing their Name.
I have verified the LDAP Server (we have several that Auto Setup randomly picks) and other Advanced settings to be the same as in a working setup.
She seems to have a long latency in seeing messages appear in her Favorite Public Folders as well. I would love to solve both of these for her.
Thanks,
Rick
