I found that after moving from Entourage 10 to Entourage 11 (currently 11.2.1 on OS X 10.3.9) my rules no longer work consistently. I rebuilt everything, deleted prefs, etc. then added back in a single rule (thinking as Claudia did that I must have reached a limit), and that single rule - if sender is in group "project" move message to folder "project" - still failed about half the time.
