If you change your default mail account to the Exchange account (and I'll take your word for it that this Kerio thing acts as if it's an Exchange account, so you should be able to do it) in Tools/Accounts/Mail/click Make Default, then the associated (main personal) Exchange calendar and address book also become the defaults where events and contacts are made automatically when importing, Palm synching, running AppleScripts, etc.
