I know you didn't want a script, but these scripts are easy to use. Find Delete Old Contacts 1.1. Locates and optionally deletes old contacts. Allows user to enter cutoff date for selection (e.g., all contacts with no activity since 1/1/2001). You can choose to retain older contacts whose records contain address and telephone information, or to include them in the list.
