Thank you Jeremy for your reply. I did find the info in the Office Resource
Kit <http://tinyurl.com/rqqa3>, the MVPs Help Page
<http://www.entourage.mvps.org/exchange/> and the macenterprise.org slides
(part of which we have you to thank for!). All of these resources, however,
focus on what features have been added to Entourage. Our department is
looking for what groupware features our Mac users would miss out on vs. our
Windows users, if we moved to an Exchange environment. To get that info I've
been having to track down information in the reverse..."well I can't find
anywhere that says that Entourage *can* do that, so it probably doesn't"
kind of thing. 

For example, I read somewhere that Entourage 2004 can't see regular files in
shared/public folders unless the account is IMAP (Instead of Exchange). I
also found that the MVPs site <http://tinyurl.com/n53yp> has a mention of a
shortcoming in Entourage's resource booking, that has a not-so-great
workaround.

What other gotchas are we going to run into?
