Entourage 11.2.4 OSX 10.4.5 IMAP User will receive email but Entourage will not download it. Email is in their inbox on the server and can be accessed with the web mail client (Horde). Entourage will often take several hours before it realizes that the email is there and download it locally.
This does not happen with every email but often enough to be a an issue. There does not seem to be any similarities between emails. Some emails are company wide internal memos that everyone else can download immediately except this one user. Client is set to check email every 10 minutes but adjusting this interval seems to make no difference. Any suggestions of what to look at? Thanks.
