>From what I understand, its called EOM, or SMTP End of Message, and is signaled by CRLF followed by a "terminating" dot followed by another CRLF So that's carriage return, line feed, dot, carriage return, linefeed. Now, Entourage should be able to know, by message boundaries and other things, where to look for this termination mark. Have you looked at the raw mailbox file on the server, if that is possible, to make certain, that it is not the email server truncating it, and not Entourage, as I can not in any way replicate this here. -- ------------------------------------------------------------- Scott Haneda Tel: 415.898.2602 <http://www.newgeo.com> Novato, CA U.S.A. -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.letterrip.com/> old-archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/>
