In that case, the short answer do-it-yourself would be to save the Excel file as a Tab-Delimited text file, then use the File/Import/Contacts from a text file menu item in Entourage to import the text file, and use the importer's capability to align the fields. (Make sure you retain the first row of the Excel file with the "Name, Address, City, State, Zip,.." field names.) The importer lets you drag these field names to align them with the importer's version of the same fields.
