Pam, I don't believe email messages (as well as clippings, notes with
multimedia elements, and address book groups) can be shared. You can get
around some of these by dragging items into the project folder as separate
files, but that gets kind of messy, IMO.

On top of the 5 minute polling thing (which I didn't know about...thx
Barry), synch latency is probably affected by network speed.
