Adding vCards doesn't work

Title: Adding vCards doesn't work

Hello

Using Ent 2004, v 11.2.5, and OS 10.4.7

My office manager at a different location takes orders. She creates contacts in Ent. And emails me vCard. I open her email. Open a second window of my contacts. Drag the vcf attachment from her email into contacts window. It doesn’t add it. Thoughts? Thanks.
