This is a frequently requested feature (at least, I have requested it fairly
frequently!). Eudora has a great feature whereby if you open the 'filters'
dialog (their version of 'rules') with a modifier key held down (I think it
was the shift key), then the list of rules would open up with those rules
which would act on the selected message highlighted. This, together with a
'last used' timestamp was a great tracking aid.


You can send feedback to the developers on this issue. Use the last menu
item under the 'Help' menu - "Send Feedback on Entourage". This message will
go directly to the developers. The more people that request this feature the
more likely it is to be implemented.
