Subject: Why do I have to re-enter my password?
Every time I restart entourage I get an error message popup telling me
that my password didn't work. I have to actually go into my account
settings and retype the password in the mail account settings.
Is there a fix for this problem?

It’s been my experience that Verizon’s e-mail servers occasionally have slowdowns or maintenance cycles.
During these cycles, I cannot log-in to check certain e-mail accounts.
Usually, if I just wait a while, I can check them later and they work.
The failed password prompt occurs during these outages. There were a few times when these outages lasted several hours, once they lasted a couple of days. That has not happened for at least two years.
