Another issue related to my posting on ³IMAP, Rules and Folder Refresh²:
messages moved by a rule (or the Mailing List Manager) from an IMAP Inbox to
another IMAP folder, will not show up correctly in views, at least not
initially.
For example, I have a folder for ³Entourage Talk². A message for this list
will automatically be transferred to this folder by the Mailing List
Manager. If I then look in the view ³Received Today², this message will show
up in *both* folders ("Inbox" and "Entourage Talk"), and will stay as
"unread" in the Inbox folder for a while. It usually corrects itself after a
while or when I restart Entourage.
Either I have missed something obvious in the configuration (but I have
tried almost every setting and every combination of settings) or there is
something lacking in the IMAP support in Entourage.
I really would like to use Entourage with IMAP, but there are these strange
bugs (or "missing features" or "unexpected behaviour") popping up all the
time. Am I really alone in experiencing this?
