Title: Long delay switching between windows.

Just starting yesterday, when I do key stroke to change windows (between mail, contact, schedule, and tasks), it takes a LONG time. I did Rebuild (which I don’t like to do because I then lose all links between tasks and contacts and emails) and it didn’t help. Suggestions?
