Subject: Delete emails completely out of Ent?
Scott,
Sent this to the Ent. Group. It got posted, but there wasw no reply in that batch or the subsequent batch. Perhaps you know the answer.
When you delete emails, they go into deleted folder. When I archive past emails, the deleted folder then contains a lot of unnecessary emails. From delete folder, if I select email and press delete again, it deletes it completely out of Ent. Is there a command to go directly from email in the In box and delete it directly out of Ent., not just sending it into Delete box?
Richard
