Don't know the answer to the above but here is a way to send URLs via
Entourage. Works great.

    There's another way to do this too.

    Paste the link below into the URl field in Safari, highlight it and then
drag it onto the Safari toolbar and type a name for it (Mail URL is what I
use).  

    Next time you are at a page you want to email to someone, click on Mail
URL and watch what happens.  An outgoing email is set up with the URL in the
body of the email and the subject of the URL is in the Subject field of the
email.  Doesn't get much easier than this.
