We had this happenning, and it was one of the caches files. Look for tasman browser cache and delete it. You can always delete that file, than turn on that option again.

No, you have misunderstood. Do NOT tell her to make sure the above (turning that option off) is done. The exact opposite. If she has turned that option off the pictures (and all the text formatting too) will not display.
