Bow it may be that the IMAP edits take place only on my local cached copy and don't sync back to the server, but I doubt it. I'll check on my other computer tomorrow to see how it appears there. As far as POP messages go, I edited a message on the "online access" server before it downloaded locally, then downloaded: the edit was still in place when it downloaded to local folder.
