Title: Emails from exchange clients with tiny fonts
Sometimes when I get email replies from Outlook users in my organisation the quoted text is unreadably small. It looks like this:

The donation of machines that you already approved contemplated each CPU would be sold with mouse & keyboard only. However see below. We haven’t experienced a significant failure rate for monitors so I have no problem with the proposal. If you concur please let me know.
