I was using Entourage 10.1.1 in OS
10.2.8 and had created numerous custom folders where I stored important
e-mails. I upgraded to Tiger using clean install (after backing up my
database and other things on external HD) and reinstalled the same version of
Entourage. When I opened my database, all the custom folders were
visible, but they were all empty. Only the default folders (DELETED,
SENT) had anything in them, and even they had lost a lot of e-mails. I
tried numerous solutions: typical and advanced rebuild, opening the database in
different versions of Entourage in different OS's (10.3, finally 10.2.8, the
one I was previous using). I need to recover those e-mails. They
must be in the database somewhere. How can I find them? I have the
pristine copy of the database I was using saved on an external HD. |
