When you see the jpg etc within the body of the email, it is an
"inline" attachment. There may be other proper terms for it.
If Entourage lists the attachment in the top where we expect, and
then displays it at the very bottom of the message, it is a
"standard" attachment.
Mail.app does not give the sender an option of how to include the
attachments. This is going to be a sore issue for my client...
Barry's suggestion works to get the attachment, it doesn't allow for
any editing of the email.
Ultimately, this is a Mail.app issue, though it would be nice if
there was an easier way to deal with the inline attachments. (read:
not having to save to the desktop first)
