Title: Problem encountered

Recently I’ve been experiencing “unexpectedly encountered a problem” crashes in Entourage 11.2.5 (060620). It always happens when I attempt to open messages with text/html content, which I do by double-clicking on the message in the Inbox list. Once I restart, the messages open fine.

I’ve done repairs and rebuilds but those didn’t help. Any suggestions for fixing this?
