Eliminating a non-contact email from the drop down list in the "To" window

There is a person I email a lot. Her primary email was down, so I was sending to her secondary email. I did not list that secondary email in her contact info, but just typed the secondary email into the “To” of the email. Now her primary email is working again. I type in her name  in “To” and the selection drop down defaults to her secondary email. How can I eliminate that one?
