Title: Bizarre error message: User unknown in virtual alias table. ??
Been an E'rage 2004 user for years. I'm trying to send an email out to
a company, at [EMAIL PROTECTED], but I only get the following
Error Description:
Error: [EMAIL PROTECTED]: Recipient address rejected: User
unknown in virtual alias table. Mail could not be sent.
This is a first for this error message. I've called the company to
verify their email address. I've also tried sending it through 3 other
email accounts, as well as on another computer. I also tried other
known email addresses for their site. I even called the company back up
and had them respell the address. All give me this same error message.
Any ideas?
