This is a function of the mailing list, not Entourage (or Outlook). She
should contact the mailing list's administrator and ask them if they have a
Digest option. Usually this can be enabled by sending an email command to
the server running the mailing list.

If they don't, she can look into creating a Rule that moves mailing list
messages into a separate folder.
