This is a function of the mailing list, not Entourage (or Outlook). She should contact the mailing list's administrator and ask them if they have a Digest option. Usually this can be enabled by sending an email command to the server running the mailing list. If they don't, she can look into creating a Rule that moves mailing list messages into a separate folder. -- Adam Bailey | Chicago, Illinois [EMAIL PROTECTED] | Finger/Web for PGP & S/MIME [EMAIL PROTECTED] | http://www.lull.org/adam/ -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.letterrip.com/> old-archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/>
