Until Entourage adds the ability to insert links directly (which I
expect it will do, some day), another option is to compose your mail
using the free multi-purpose browser/mail program/HTML editor,
"SeaMonkey", available for download at mozilla.org.

Note that for creating clickable images that link somewhere, you'd still
