Entourage 2004, v11.3.2 A user has a message stuck in their Outbox which is causing Entourage to stop responding, forcing a Force Quit. Upon opening Entourage again, the spinning beach ball appears and then Entourage stops responding. I can't get into Entourage to delete this message.
I performed a Rebuild Database, no luck. I tried to Import the corrupt database into a new Identity, but the database isn't recognized because the database runs in the same version of Entourage. How can I get into Entourage if Entourage immediately tries to send the message and then crashes? I've done some corrupt database recovery by Importing an Entourage database into Apple Mail and then going back into Entourage. Is that my only option to try?
