No, there isn't.

Would it be easier to remove the unwanted one(s)

Start to address a new mail, and select the unwanted email address.
Right-click (control-click) on the address in the address bar and select
'add to address book'.
Close the draft message, then save the new contact, set its category to
'junk' and save again, then delete it.

That should clear that entry from the  MRU.
