This patch includes a fix for the Daylight Saving Time change in 2007. If you are using Entourage to connect to an Exchange Server, then you may want to hold off, or at least test it on a non-critical account first. I don't have time to go into to many details, but I applied it as soon as it was released and found it caused about as many problems as it fixed regarding the daylight savings time issue. To reiterate this is probably only an issue in a cross platform Exchange environment where you may use both Entourage and Outlook Web Access, and maybe even a PC.
