My nephew has a pristine, spanking new MacBook Pro (OS 10.4.8.) He¹s tried to install Office 2004 twice now. But gets an error message when trying to open Word:
³An unexpected error occurred while trying to load the Microsoft Framework Library.² The fix suggested here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/321386 doesn¹t apply, as it refers to the possibility of locked files or a corrupt database. Since this is a fresh install, there are neither any files nor any database yet. What to do?
