The error message I get that there's 'Not enough memory'.

got a very good friend who is trying to use Entourage, pretty sure he  
will be on 10.4, but is getting error message about being out of  
memory, anybody have any ideas what might be causing the problem?  
Sorry but dont know which version of Entourage he is on.
