Thanks. > It certainly wouldn't hurt to remove Office and install fresh regardless of what the installer implied. First create a new Identity in Entourage and see if the problem exists there. If yes then... Test in a new user to rule out problems in your current user folder. I would also apply the Apple combo updater. Doing so overwrites potentially problem-causing files. Several users have reported this fixed some odd problems they were having with Entourage.
