Making Entourage the default email program

Hello,

I have a friend who uses Entourage (because it has worked so well for me).
When she initially installed it, she did not select it to be her default
email program. When she click on an email link on a web page, her computer
defaults to Apple Mail program. I can¹t figure out how to get Ent to be her
default program. Please help. Thanks.
