We use XC Connect and love it! We sync between two Macs, one using iCal/Addressbook and one using Entourage and a PC using Outlook. It is great to keep us all in sync without the expense of an Exchange server.
One caveat... If you use it with Entourage it is *very* slow to sync. This is a known issue that is blamed on Entourage. For every day sync here and there it's not too bad, but the initial sync takes a LOOOOOONG time. If you want to ask more questions, feel free to. I am not affiliated with XC Connect at all, I am just a *very satisfied* customer!
