Entourage non-flat file export

A colleague showed me a non-flat file export from Entourage  
essentially creating a folder for each mailbox and including a text  
output of every email. This allows for mass storage of email while  
making all of it still searchable via Spotlight.

I thought it was the Export-Import script set by Paul Berkowitz, but  
that exports to a flat file. Does anyone know of a script that  
performs an export to text with each email as it’s own text file?
