Why does the Line, "Conversation: appear on the header of my email, followed by the Subject of the email, when I print an email? The Subject: <my typed Subject> is already printed on the top line of the header. There is no need or this line, yet Entourage includes it. Why? But more importantly: How can I turn this OFF!
