Thanks Remo. Your suggestion worked. I watched a message disappear this morning. After clicking ³send and receive² a couple of times with no luck, I used the forced list sync command and it returnedalong with another message I hadn¹t seen. I¹ll keep testing this to see whether it takes care of my missing message problem over the long haul. It¹s a relief to have another simple solution. Shannon

Unfortunately, Entourage seems to have some issues keeping its message list in sync with the actual mail store on IMAP accounts. The MacBU seems to have ironed out the issues with "duplicating" messages, but I still, periodically, see messages disappear from the message list in Entourage. In my experience with my account, it always seems to occur when I delete a message. The message right below the deleted message will disappear from the message list.
