Thank you for your suggestions. In reply to the various suggestions:
Restarting didn't solve the problem.
I go to "Tools," select "Schedules," and there was a "Send All," but not a
"Send & Receive All." I created a "Send & Receive All," naming it exactly
like the default one. I go to "Tools," "Run Schedule," and it works.
However, if I go to "Tools," "Send and Receive," "Send & Receive All" is
still grayed out. ("Send All" is black if there is something in the Outbox.)
Also, my new "Send & Receive All" doesn't run when I keystroke Apple K.
I have checked the "Enabled" box on both schedules.
