You probably have some of your folders set to sort by other criteria (i.e.
Message Status, Priority, From, To, Subject, Category, Size, etc.), so just
click the "Sent" pane at the top of message list window to sort by message
date. Toggle the little arrow next to "Sent" up or down to show the newest
message first or last in the list. Clicking on any of those header panels
will set the messages in that folder to sort by the specified criteria.
