You can click on the Calendar icon above your folder list (not in your folder list) and use the ³All Events² calendar view which will list your appointments kind of like and email folder. You can then either sort by folder and select everything in the ³Calendar [On My Computer]² folder, or you can edit the ³All Events² view to only show items in the ³Calendar [On My Computer]² folder. Once in list view you can select multiple (or all) items and drag them to your Exchange calendar.
