No, I don't. I do this all the time, both sending and receiving, as my biggest client is "paperless" and we do all of our corrections via commented PDF. I have worked with them for several years, so my experience includes vX as well as Entourage 11.0 through 11.2.5, and Acrobat v4, v6, and v7. I have noticed that the Comments/Annotations do not show up in the preview of the PDF when you view the email, but when you Save the attachment to your hard disk and open it, they are all intact. I got bit by that once when I insisted to a client that the PDF had no comments while simply viewing it in the body of the email; when I downloaded it and opened it, there they were. Oops. (It's also true of emails you send; if you view them in Sent Items, you see the preview of the first page of the PDF, but you can't see the Comments in the preview.)
