For instance having a middle name in an Address Book contact will cause the contact to be duplicated when it is synced to Entourage. Palm users have Undupe to help get rid of their duplicates because of the duping problem. I suspect it's just a glitch in SyncServices that is causing the problem and most likely it's Apple that will have to fix it. Some users have resorted to Paul Berkowitz's scripts Sync Entourage-iCal because of problems with Sync Services. <http://scriptbuilders.net/files/syncentourageicalpanther1.0.18.html> I don't know if the Syncrospector (Apple utility app) will help in this case. <http://www.entourage.mvps.org/troubleshoot/syncservices.html#syncrospector_ tutorial> Sorry I don't have a solution to this. Someone else hopefully will come along with some clues that might help.
