I have a user who just made the switch from Windows to Mac, and after a few days of trying Outlook in Parallels, from Outlook to Entourage. He¹s got all the latest OS and Office updates. The change has gone smoothly except for this one oddity: When he receives meeting invitations, he cannot accept or decline them. Accept, Decline and Tentative are all grayed out.
The only suggestion I¹ve been able to find is that a delegate might be accepting the invitations first, but his account has no delegates. If he logs in through OWA or uses Exchange mail on his Motorola Q, he can accept or decline with no problems, so the issue doesn¹t seem to be with his account. I¹ve removed and rebuilt his account setting in Entourage as well. No dice. Anyone have any suggestions on this? Will summarize. Thanks, Brian Little Davidson College
