Hi Mike, Unless I'm misunderstanding, it sounds as though you want to check the "leave on server" option for both computers (assuming you have POP; I don't know how IMAP works). In Accounts, double-click your account, then click the Options tab, and check "Leave a copy of each message on the server" - you will probably want to also check "delete messages from the server after (x) days" and set it to a number of days where you are certain that both computers will have gotten the message, and that also works with your backup scheme. You may or may not want to check "delete messages from the server after they are deleted from this computer" depending on your goals. -Barbara -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.letterrip.com/> old-archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/>
