Usually when Entourage starts up with the "Welcome" message, it's due to user error. Entourage expects the Identity to be in the Microsoft User Data folder located in your User's Document folder. If you move the Microsoft User Data folder or your Identity folder, Entourage will open in a new blank Identity. This is THE most asked question.
